Pengalaman Mengendali Lebih 200 Peserta

Second day at Junior Khalifah Camp or also known as Kem Khalifah Kecil. Well, I guess I had a connection with kids, and handling them seems like a special profession for me. But this time, I had to admit that handling 200 and something of kids are kinda hard. Ranging around 7 years old to 16 years old teenagers, it was bit of a challenge for me. Of course, you have to, as an older brother, tolerate their behaviours, but sometimes, it has to come that you'll have to barge into your temper for the sake of training n building their akhlak. Isn't that what a khalifah is meant to be? Alhamdulillah. But truthfully, is is undeniably that you, have to merge into a certain situation or waqi', whether you like it or not. Four more days to go. Allah give me strength. InsyaAllah. 

Kem Khalifah Kecil 1.0. First time handle peserta lebih dari 200 orang dengan jumlah tenaga faci hanya sekitar 15 orang. Allahuakbar.
